• Eligibility Check: Please provide your device's serial number (S/N) before ordering to confirm eligibility. (Units purchased from unauthorized or overseas dealers may not be supported.)

• Processing Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for a Launch technician to process and activate the update service online.
